Administrative Assistant / Media Manager
Kelly joined Baker & Sons in July 2024 and quickly became a true jack-of-all-trades around the dealership. She handles the dealership’s advertising and online presence, including managing the website, photographing and listing used equipment, creating social media content, and keeping our selling sites up to date. She also helps with the day-to-day office operations, from answering phones and handling mail to shipping and filing, and has become the go-to person when something needs fixed on the IT side of things. Kelly’s background is in Interactive Media, which she studied at Monroe Central High School, where she also served as Senior Yearbook Editor.
A lifelong resident of Lewisville and Monroe County, Kelly enjoys the close-knit, family atmosphere at Baker & Sons and appreciates knowing she can depend on the people she works with. She takes pride in going out of her way to do the best job she can for the dealership and enjoys coming to work every day. Outside of work, Kelly is an avid Cleveland Guardians fan, enjoys reading and movies, and especially loves spending time with her husband and their daughter.
Comptroller
Lori joined Baker & Sons in January 1991 after graduating from high school. With a background in accounting from Swiss Hills Vocational School and years of experience at Baker & Sons, Lori handles the dealership’s accounting and financing. Her years with the company have given her a wealth of knowledge about the dealership and its customers. A lifelong resident of Monroe County, Lori enjoys the family atmosphere at Baker & Sons and especially looks forward to seeing the customers she has gotten to know over the years. Many of those customers have become like family to her, which is something she is particularly proud of from her time at Baker & Sons. Outside of work, Lori enjoys spending time with her family, watching her children raise their families, and spending time with her two grandchildren.
Service Technician
Preston has been part of the Baker & Sons team since November 1998, bringing 28 years of experience working on agricultural and industrial equipment. After graduating from diesel school in Cleveland, Preston continued building his knowledge through hands-on experience and has been farming since he was 13 years old. He joined Baker & Sons looking for a good job that would provide insurance for his family, and nearly three decades later, he remains an important part of our service team.
A lifelong resident of the area, Preston enjoys the family atmosphere at Baker & Sons and appreciates that the dealership treats its employees like family. When he’s not working on equipment, Preston enjoys farming and traveling with his family.
Lead Service Technician
Brian has been part of the Baker & Sons team for more than 24 years, bringing extensive hands-on experience and technical knowledge to our service department. As a lead technician, Brian helps diagnose some of the more difficult equipment problems, with experience in electronics, emissions, fuel systems, and much more. His background includes two years of Agricultiral Mechanics training at Swiss Hills Career Center, multiple factory training programs, and more than two decades of hands-on experience as a technician.
Brian grew up near Antioch, Ohio, and has spent most of his life in the area. After 9/11, Brian wanted to move back home after living in Columbus and found his way to Baker & Sons. What he enjoys most about his job is being able to help local farmers keep their equipment in working order. He also appreciates working alongside a great team and says the dealership’s family values make it a great place to work.
